Description
The weighted model of Pavel Potkin’s Altai komus contains a weight on the end of the reed, which reduces the frequency of vibration and prolongs the sound time with one stroke due to a slight decrease in the overall volume. In addition, the sensations of the stroke itself change - it becomes softer and heavier. It is worth noting that this is not a "bass" jaw harp, but only slightly lower than the usual Altai komus.
Wearing jaw harp is recommended in wooden case To protect the reed trigger from mechanical damage. Not all cases are suitable for Pavel Potkin's komus - compatibility is indicated in the descriptions to them.
