"Star" Aman-Khuur

The main advantage of this Mongolian jaw harp is its attractive appearance. The instrument is not decorative, clearly made for the playing, is able to make loud sounds and in every sense behave like an ordinary jaw harp, but its sound is a rather weak point. The timbre is replete with weak but disharmonious sounds; the sound of touching a finger is extremely strong. With the volume of the "star" aman-huura everything is fine and if it is dispersed, then the above-mentioned shortcomings may not be noticed, but careful music is the lot of other instruments.
