Rustam Nureyev
Rustam Nureev is a jaw harp maker from Snezhinsk in Chelyabinsk Oblast. He made instruments with both restrained traditional-style frames and large sculptural frames. Characteristic features of his work include a mechanical, simplified sound, elongated reed triggers and large end rings; some instruments have a matte blued finish. Nureev experimented with frame outlines and reed geometry.
