“Overtones” — visualize your sound,
“Metronome” — work on your rhythm,
“Tuner” — find the fundamental.
Allow microphone access in your browser. To assess rhythm, run the calibration: follow the prompt and do not play yet.
Keep the jaw harp at a steady distance from the microphone. Start with an even sound, then try changing your mouth shape.
No jaw harp handy? The lab has a demo mode.

No. A jaw harp has a natural harmonic series, whose frequencies may differ from equal-tempered notes. The notes on the graph help you navigate the melody. Changing your mouth shape brings out a harmonic; it does not tune its frequency.
The first launch and updates require internet. Once loaded, the lab can use the microphone offline if your browser has saved its files. Signing in and sending results require internet.
