Description

jaw harp with a hard reed, deaf but clear sound, tuned in the middle frequency range. A smooth, smooth curve of attenuation of sound, a uniform change in volume proportional to the force of the stroke make the behavior of the instrument predictable and easily controlled, but "lightness" is not a word that can be used to describe Fomenkov's large jaw harps. They love and demand strong punches, precise holding and confident articulation - and in return give a precise, balanced sound. jaw harp for adult climbers.
