Stylish and refined jaw harp with its appearance demonstrates the completeness and confidence of the hand of the master. The mechanics of the instrument are close to ideal - it is obedient and simple; the sound of a reverse stroke is reduced to a barely noticeable minimum. The sensitivity and volume of the instrument are good, and the timbre is smoothed, without sharpness. The form of frame arms is quite specific - they expand in the opposite direction - to the ends - and constantly cause the desire to press the jaw harp to the teeth with the middle part, rather than the "working part", where the amplitude of the reed movement is maximum. jaw harp is made in versions with "tail" and without.
