A lightweight, compact cedar case for jaw harps measuring up to 90 × 30 mm, such as DG823 and DG824. The recess for the bent end of the reed is 15 mm deep and accommodates a bent end up to 20 mm long: up to 5 mm may protrude, allowing the reed to flex safely. The jaw harp is held in place by a cord. Pull the bead back to release it; there is no need to untie or retie the cord.
