Jew's harp with such a large spread of all parameters that there is no sense to describe it as a single instrument. The only one common part exists between exemplars - the frame. The reeds used are from thin, soft to the thick, hard; respectively at different instances of different sound pitch and the number and distribution of mechanical overtones. The gaps are quite large, the sound is muffled.
