Classic Altay jews harp for tourists, eager for authentic exotics. The difference from PP27 komuses is in enlarged reed length, lower base frequency, muffled timbre and absence of mechanical extrasounds. Best for its price among teeth jews harps of this style, but it can not produce more than few sounds "like real jews harp".
