Description
jaw harp with a rich, slightly stratifying sound and high maximum volume. Different specimens noticeably differ in sensitivity with weak strokes - some begin to sound only at large amplitudes of the reed, as well as the presence of backlashes. In higher versions, the timbre is flat and has overtones to pick up. The instrument is well suited for playing in noisy environments or for those who are used to playing always loudly, delivering strong strokes.
