Jaw Harp Rybnikov

The main distinguishing feature of the jaw harps of the Ural master Vyacheslav Rybnikov is a soft and relatively long reed, on the one hand giving greater volume and sensitivity, on the other - too many additional vibrations, giving "non-musical" sounds. The timbre of the instrument is quite specific; although overtones are good and you can play anything, "singing" does not apply to the merits of this jaw harp. Such a quality can be called ease of use, caused both by the stiffness of the body, and by the size and vocality.
