Jaw Harp Masko "Thor" (bronze)

|
A well-balanced jaw harp contains an optimal set of qualities that make it a instrument for every day. The timbre is colorful and not too crackling - simple single sounds come out beautiful, and overtones are distinctly different. The stiffness and geometry of the reed provide a comfortable playing for both beginners and experienced players - the jaw harp feels elastic and rushing forward. It is quite convenient to apply strokes in both directions, but a weak background occurs after each, and after a stroke "from yourself", the sound is noticeably enhanced. You can play quietly and loudly - small gaps provide high sensitivity. An excellent instrument for even strokes on yourself and rhythmic tembra play.
Since 2015, it has been manufactured with steel-frame.
