Glossy

Several layers of varnish give the surface a glossy finish, enhance the contrast of the grain and improve resistance to wear and dirt. Sliding catches, if fitted, should not be used for at least two weeks. Depending on the surface material, the finish can take up to 30 days to dry enough for transport without leaving marks.
