How to order

Click Add to Cart on a product page. Once you have selected everything you need, open your cart, choose your destination, delivery and payment method, and submit the order. We will check the details and confirm your order by email.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Available services, prices and delivery estimates depend on your destination and the contents of your order. Enter your country and city in the cart to see the options available to you.

Standard international postal delivery does not have a guaranteed arrival date. Delays can occur, especially during busy periods. See our shipping information and delivery statistics for more details. We provide a tracking number for tracked services.

We take responsibility for registered and EMS shipments until you receive them, including loss or damage. For untracked shipments, our responsibility covers the contents, but not loss in transit. We cannot speed up the postal service or obtain information beyond what is available on the public tracking page.

Every jaw harp is checked before packing. Instruments supplied without a case receive a wooden reed protector for safe transport. Precision instruments require careful handling. If the reed strikes the frame when you first play, read our guide to small reed gaps.

For delivery within Russia, select Russia as your destination in the cart. You can view the available options in English.

Payment

The cart shows the payment methods available for your destination and delivery service, together with any applicable fees. Choose a method when you place your order. Your order email will contain the payment link or instructions.

Returns

You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it without giving a reason. If the return is due to a defect or an error by us or the postal service, we will refund the full price, including shipping. If you simply do not like the item or fail to collect the parcel from your local post office, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
