Incomplete order

When ordering Jew's Harp with wood case, I received wood case and a plastic bag. No harp!

I live in United States and it takes a long time to get package here through customs. 

Has anyone else had problems not receiving what they ordered from this company?

I am very sad and disappointed.

I am hoping I will get a harp sent.

We checked this out. Actually, the only thing odered was this case. So if you'd like to order a jews harp, you can do it separetly. Thank you
