Vargan with a moderately soft tongue and a smooth, harmonious timbre is a reduced version of the "Delta" with a higher, on average, frequency. The instrument is very easy to handle and friendly - it's easy not only to "boing", but also to combine individual "boings" to the melody. When struck outwards, an extraneous sound almost always is precent (stronger than in the "Delta"), which becomes noticeable with inward strokes too in fast. At the same time, if you neglect the cleanliness and maintain the trajectory with a light, pinching touch, the finger is quite comfortable and at high speeds. A lively, warm instrument that requires careful handling.
